with Ellen Glovsky, PhD, RD, LDN
Interviewing is an evidence-based approach to health behavior change counseling,
designed to strengthen personal motivation for and commitment to a specific change.
When MI and the HAES® principles are utilized together, both approaches are enhanced.
In this session, we will explore the basics of MI, and the ways in which these two
concepts support each other.
