How can I learn more about hotel accommodations or book my stay?

ASDAH has arranged for special rates at the same hotel where the conference is being held, the Boston Park Plaza in downtown Boston.  The deadline for booking rooms at these special rates was June 15, and unfortunately our room block is now full.  Please visit the hotel's website here to inquire about a booking a room or to learn more about the hotel's accommodations and amenities.

How can I learn more about transportation from the airport to the conference site and/or parking?

There are at least 3 transportation options from Logan International Airport to the hotel:

  • Airport Cab Service (meter rate, total about $30)
  • MBTA Boston 's Subway: The "T"- The Boston Park Plaza Hotel is located on Arlington Stop (Green Line) and Back Bay Stop (Orange Line) Customer Service/Information at 1-800-392-6100 (cost varies but is less than $3)
  • GO Boston Shuttle (must make a reservation; one-way cost about $17) Customer Information at 1-888-437-4379

All MBTA buses are accessible. In addition, a Massport dispatcher wearing a bright yellow vest outside the lower arrivals level of each terminal can assist you with getting an accessible taxi.
