Description:  I use a weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size (HAES)-informed approach to fitness and nutrition. I help people unlearn diet culture while improving their relationships with exercise, food, and their bodies. I coach clients both at my private studio in Austin, Texas as well as online through remote coaching programs. I'm also the host of the Redefining Health & Wellness podcast. As a queer, mixed-race, and neurodiverse individual, creating spaces in the health and wellness industry where all people and all bodies feel welcome is incredibly important to me.
